On, an officer responded to the 34000 block of the Enumclaw Black Diamond Road for a report of a 911 hang-up. The Black Diamond Officer stood by while the Deputy investigated the collision which occurred in their jurisdiction. ![]() One of the involved parties was in fear for their safety so they drove to the Black Diamond Police Station. A collision occurred outside the City of Black Diamond. On, an officer responded to the Black Diamond Police Department in the 25500 block of Lawson St to assist the King County Sheriff’s Office with a collision investigation. The bicyclist was transported to the hospital by a family member. The officer provided first aid until the fire department arrived. On, an officer was flagged down in the 21600 block of SE 276 ST for a down bicyclist. The officer provided the manager with instructions on how to have the subject banned from the premises. The subject left prior to the officer’s arrival. On, an officer responded to the 31500 block of 3rd Ave for a reported unwanted subject at a business. The subject was taken to the hospital by ambulance for medical treatment. On, officers responded to the 33200 block of Ten Trails Parkway SE for a report of a subject overdosing. A report was made and charges will be filed. ![]() The other person later called and advised they wanted to pursue charges for property damage that occurred during the argument. Officers spoke with a subject at the residence who advised they had been arguing with a family member but that person had left before Officers arrived. On Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic in the 24000 block of Terrace Pl. The driver was subsequently booked into the Enumclaw Jail for DUI. Officer’s developed probable cause to arrest the driver for DUI. Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 32500 block of 3rd AVE. On, Officers were conducting routine patrol and observed the vehicle in front of them crossing the white fog line and yellow centerline. Officers arrived and were advised that on 07-26-22, at approximately 16:00 hours, two juvenile male subjects walked into the store and both of them walked out with a round container of Fireball Whisky valued at $19.99 each. On 07-27-22, at approximately 10:58 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a shoplift report at the 76 Gas Station. Officers conducted a routine WACIC/NCIC check on the occupants who are supposedly staying inside the recreational vehicle and no court order exists between them. Officers arrived at the location and found no one inside. The subject also stated that his bicycle had recently been reported stolen and he wanted the police to search the recreational vehicle for the stolen bicycle. The subject stated that he believed that the two subjects had a court order in place prohibiting contact. Officers were informed that an anonymous subject called to report that he believed that a male subject and female subject may be living inside a recreational vehicle parked on the side of a house in the 32500 block of Union DR. On 07-26-22, at approximately 11:45 hours, Officers received a call from Valley Communication Radio regarding a suspicious activity report.
